Meg and Jeff
Meg and Jeff have been such great people to work with during the wedding planning process and we just knew that their wedding would be amazing! Despite the snow, a vest that was too small and most of the indoor places booked for photos - we had a great day and hundreds of photos to show it. Meg was cool and calm when we talked the Wednesday before the wedding about backup places for photos. She wasn't going to put her wedding party out in the cold! Well once we got there and the saw how beautiful the snow was as the grand basin we decided we just had to make everyone get out for a couple photos. It was the fastest 15 minutes of the whole day considering it was under 10 degrees outside. We had a great time at the reception because we could see that Meg and Jeff have so many people supporting them which is a great thing to see! Thanks for making our jobs fun!

Keepin' Warm
We had no idea what the weather would be like in December when we set up a time for Chris and Kelly to have their engagement session. They have such crazy schedules that we didn't have too many dates to pick from when we talked. We got so lucky that it was in the 40's the day we went out instead of under 20 degrees like it has been recently. I had so much fun with these two and really look forward to taking wonderful images in May at Chaumette Winery. Such a great place to spend the day if you are around Ste. Gen. Congrats you too and I'll see you soon!

Bigger and Better
You know it is time for a new family portrait when you over half the family wasn't in the last one! When Karen called us we were very happy to help her update the family portrait. The last one was in 1998 - over 10 years ago! It is amazing to see all the kids grown up and all the new young ones running around. The first photo had 6 grandkids and now there are 13! We also like the white shirts in the new photo because you can focus more on the people and not what they were wearing. When was the last time you had a family portrait?
Thanks for thinking of us Karen!
