I am so excited for my brother-in-law and his fiance to get married. They are a great couple and we always have a good time together. Family parties, weekend pizza or hanging out downtown taking engagement photos! I was happy they were willing to try out some of the great new spots downtown and just have fun with the photos. They are so happy together and it really shows in what we got while wandering around in the city. I look forward to the wedding in July and all the amazing pictures! Make sure to check out the engagement video on our facebook page.
Congrats - you guys are the best!

The youngest of 4
Ainsley couldn't help but smile the whole session! She was a joy to work with because she has such a great personality. We wonder if this is because she has four older siblings. Ainsley is so happy about everything, not one whimper or tear during the whole session. She just played and laughed! I asked her mom if we could keep her here all day because she is such a great girl. Unfortunately I think her siblings would miss her:) Thanks for doing such a great job Ainsley and thanks for thinking of us mom!

Shelly and Dan
Weddings can be large with everyone you have ever met invited or they can be small with just your close family. Shelly and Dan got married this past weekend and the people in attendance were their parents and children. I was very honored to be a part of the small gathering in order to capture memories of their wedding. The kids had a great time and were happy to stand by mom and dad's side as they exchanged vows. The weather was perfect, the ceremony site was beautiful and everyone had a great day!
Congrats and I hope you enjoyed your evening!

Ellen and Mark
I love when neighbors from The Hill get married and ask us to be a part of their day. Mark and Ellen are so much fun and I know their wedding is going to be a blast! We even played a game of leap frog during the session. It was such a great day outside so we couldn't pass up going to the park for photos. From what we heard Forest Park was packed so we went over to Lafayette park which is usually a bit less crowded. It was pretty much just us with an entire park of beautiful settings to get some great images.
The wedding is coming up fast so I'm glad Ellen and Mark have gotten most of their planning done so they can relax this summer. We are looking forward to the amazing wedding event for this wonderful couple!

Tiny Tots!
Lilly and Kaitlyn were excited to celebrate their first birthday with us. It seems like only yesterday that I found out Angela was having twins! How exciting...double the laughs, double the smiles, double the hugs!
Lilly was such a ham and loved being in the spotlight for her photo. Kaitlyn had a rough night the but mom was able to get a smile by singing some favorite songs. Sometimes I wish we took a video of the session only to show the girls when they grow up what their family did in order to get them to smile!
